Tony Blair and John Humphrys clashed on BBC’s Radio 4 today programme, where when Mr Blair was asked: “If we don’t like the result of that, might we have a 3rd referendum?”.
Tony Blair is well known to be trying to stop Brexit from happening, and in a “pretty manic” performance failed to rule out that if the remain campaign didn’t like the result of a 2nd referendum, that there could even be a 3rd.
Tony Blair sounding pretty manic on #r4today. Not a great look for the anti-Brexit campaign.

When a government says it puts its trust in the people, shouldn’t it honour that commitment? Wouldn’t a 2nd or 3rd referendum show the people they are not trusted?
