The BBC have pushed another role that is not inclusive to all, doesn’t provide equality of opportunity and discriminates against 82% of the population (based on 2011 census data).
The ‘Creative Access’ website states “This traineeship is only open to candidates from a black, Asian or non-white ethnic minority background.”
