Jeremy Corbyn speaking on the Peston On Sunday Show on ITV was asked about Labour Shadow Chancellor John McDonnell comments about Conservative female minister Esther McVey.

John McDonnell called Ms McVey a “stain on humanity” – Words Corbyn would be keen to jump on if one of his opposition targeted a female MP with this language.

So, did Mr Corbyn condemn the words used? did he address them? No. He dodged the question in what is becoming a common tactic when under difficult questioning.
